陕西省造光绪元宝是清光绪二十四年铸造，是陕西巡抚魏光焘奏请在西安设置钱局自行鼓铸银元，并委托英国伯明翰. 希顿造币厂代制铸币钢模，该厂在把钢模移交中国之前，试铸了“陕西省造光绪元宝”样币10套，其中6套交陕西省当局。该币因设计精美，铸造工艺精湛而成为中国银币二十珍之一。
该币为陕西省造光绪元宝，币面上圈为“陕西省造”字样，中间点圈内镌汉文和满文“光绪元宝”字样，下镌“库平七钱二分”六字，两旁镌花饰。背面蟠龙居中，外圈为英文，并镌有“7”和“2”阿拉伯数字，两旁镌小花饰。做工精致，文字鼓凸，笔划纹饰滚圆深竣，楷书文字书法极为端庄大气，间架结构平衡舒展。蟠龙图案，眼神灵异炯炯有神，龙爪张扬，遒劲有力，具有极高的收藏价值。

The coin is Guangxu Yuanbao made in Shaanxi Province, with the inscription "made in Shaanxi Province" on the top, Chinese and Manchu characters "Guangxu Yuanbao" in the middle dot circle, six characters "Kuping seven coins and two cents" on the bottom, and flower decorations on both sides. The back of the dragon is in the middle, the outer ring is in English, and is engraved with "7" and "2" Arabic numerals, with small flower decorations on both sides. With exquisite workmanship, bulging characters, round and deep strokes, regular script and calligraphy are extremely dignified and elegant, with balanced and extended structure. The dragon pattern, the eyes are vivid and bright, the Dragon claws are bold and powerful, and it has a very high collection value.
As early as in the period of the Republic of China, coin collectors were all running around for the purpose of collecting the Guangxu Yuanbao in Shaanxi Province.
